In the field of element analysis, the 36Cl accelerator mass spectrometry, 36Cl-AMS, has been intensively used as a tool for studying of the A-bomb peak in the groundwater sampled at Germany. The 36Cl-AMS made a contribution to assess the nuclear waste clearance level. A hydrogen analysis with p-p
